How can I order the products?

All of our products can be purchased individually or in a bundle pack HERE. Please note that all orders are final so please ensure you check your order before making payment.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to anywhere in Australia.

Always triple check your delivery address to ensure you have input the correct address, as we are not responsible for lost packages arising from user error. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately and completely.

We are unable to issue a refund or replace orders that were affected by incorrect shipping addresses, as well as those that may have been left, lost, or stolen during transit. Once proof of delivery has been received, we will not be held liable for any lost packages.

When will I receive my package?

Please allow up to 5 days for us to process your order and get it ready to ship. Once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number for your convenience. All orders are shipped directly from our Sunshine Coast, QLD headquarters and current shipping times as per Australia Post are 3-7 days. If your order is delayed, please contact Australia Post using the tracking number provided and if you need further assistance please reach out to us at support@kinntattoocare.com

How much is shipping?

We use Australia Post to send out our orders which, for a standard order, costs $9.95. As we are a small business we are not able to offer any free postage at this time however we do hope to in the future and we appreciate your understanding.

Can I make changes TO my order?

To modify your order, contact support@kinntattoocare.com with your order number within 24 hours of submitting your order. We will try our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee any changes.

Once an order is shipped, we cannot make any changes. Discounts and promotions cannot be applied to any orders that have been placed, so please ensure all codes are entered before payment.

What is your return/refund policy?

Our products are all formulated with natural and non-harmful ingredients and are made to suit all skin types including sensitive skin. We include no irritants or allergens however we understand that everyone has different skin and different needs.

Before you purchase, please check the ingredients list for the products you are purchasing to ensure our ingredients do not align with any particular allergies you may have as we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds /exchanges.
